In Cincinnati Shakespeare Company's touring production, the audience travels with Shakespeare's lovers to the coast of the Hawaiian isles.  When Shakespeare's young heroine, Hermia, vows to escape her father's mandate of marriage she jumps ship and escapes to the enchanted mainland with her lover, Lysander. Once ashore the lovers find themselves caught in the middle of a fairy feud. The comedy comes to a head when all gather at a Hawaiian Luau to watch the Mechanicals' in their performance of Pyramus and Thisbe.
